【摘要】Higher vocational graduates of medical imaging technology colleges oriented medical institutions at the Grassroots Employment as the direction, but at present the problem of employment is facing the great challenge. The trend of employment through the research survey of graduates of the medical imaging technology, analysis of the employment direction, lack of demand, the level of post graduates in the professional and technical posts, to provide a reference for the reform of video technology professional curriculum system, increase employment capacity.%高职高专层次的医学影像技术专业毕业生以面向基层医疗机构就业为方向，但目前就业问题面临极大的挑战。本课题通过调查医学影像技术专业毕业生的就业趋势，分析其就业方向、岗位需求及该层次毕业生在该专业技术岗位的不足，为改革影像技术专业的课程体系及提高毕业生的就业力提供参考。
