Question 1) what is your biggest merit and demerit?

Answer:

I think my biggest merit is that I am creative. When I am tackling a problem , I will always try a new way to solve it. I have a lot of ideas about the products on the market and I think there is no end to the excavation of consuming desires. I think a good advertisement is a piece of artwork and I like watching all sorts of ads. I once participated in an innovation plan competition for a certain product and performed well, so I believe ads originality is a suitable job for me.

A man’s biggest merit usually results in his biggest demerit. I think my biggest demerit is that I am kind of fickle(浮躁). I should have realized that something must first be implemented swiftly rather than creativity(有些事情需要被迅速执行而不是寻找新的创意), so I will reinforce my executing ability in the future.
