　　我们在李总的领导下，在全体员工同心同德，同甘共苦，并肩作战,努力工作下，取得了一定的成绩。
　　今天能被大家推评为劳动模范，这不但得益于公司领导的肯定与支持，还得益于在所有同事和员工的帮助与默契合作，更得益于公司优良的团队氛围和集体上下一致，积极认真的工作态度。
　　而正是由于有这么融洽与和谐的环境，让我能在工作中投入高昂的热忱与责任，从而实现自身更大的价值。
