Note: PIP commence on an initial period of sixty (60) days which may be extended for a further period(s) of 30 days. The Company will only provide one PIP extension and total period for this Plan shall not exceed one hundred and twenty (120) days.

注释:绩效改进计划一般以60天为一周期,如有需要可以延长30。公司仅允许延长绩效改进计划一次,总改进计划日程不应该超过120
