New York is 3 hours ahead of California but it does not mean California is neither slow nor is New York faster. Both are working based on their own “Time Zone.”

Someone is still single. Someone got married and ‘waited’ 10 years before having a child while another had a baby within a year of marriage.

有的人仍然单身，有的人已经结婚了，一部分人十年才有一个孩子。有的一些结婚一年内就有了孩子。

Someone graduated at the age of 22, yet waited 5 years before securing a good job; and there is another who graduated at 27 and secured employment immediately !

有的人在22岁毕业还是花了五年的时间才找到工作，有的人27岁毕业却很快找到了一份好的工作。

Someone became CEO at 25 and died at 50 while another became a CEO at 50 and lived to 90 years.

Everyone works based on their ‘Time Zone’,

一在25岁当上CEO的人，在50岁的时候就去世了。其余的一些人50岁的时候当上CEO却活到了90岁。

People can have things worked out only according to their pace. Work in your “time zone”.

人们可以仅仅按照自己的速度做事情，工作在自己的“时区”。

Your Colleagues, friends, younger ones might “seem” to go ahead of you. Maybe some might “seem” behind you. Don’t envy them or mock them, it’s their ‘Time Zone’. You are in yours!

你身边的的同事朋友，比你年轻的人，可能看起来似乎走在你的前面，可能一些看起来在你的后面，不要羡慕他们或者取消他们，因为那是他们自己的“时区”。
