保险培训心得体会范文

xxx年8月16日加盟中国人寿厦门分公司集美支公司已经16个月了，见证了在中国人寿厦门分公司在这块富饶的土地上的成长历程，亲身经历了中国人寿集美支公司的三合为一到中国人寿集美支公司的一分为二。

想到自己第一次踏出学校并走上国寿这块神奇的土地情景。记得那时自己是第二次来到厦门就直奔到中国人寿集美支公司面试时，当时的老总韩步全就开门进山的告诉我，所谓的组训就是组织训练。我似懂非懂的点点头表示认同。总的感觉我所要或者将要从事的职业挺神圣，还不错，并且和自己所学的专业也对口，一天工作7个小时，周末不用上班就觉的天底下哪有这般好事，刚踏出学校就交了好运了。

真正踏入组训这个神圣的职业可以说是经历了一波三折。我经历了无知、懵懂、恐惧、徘徊、模仿、愤怒、期待，到期盼想拥有自己独立的空间，独立的思想，独立的做法，独立运作运作团队，一次完整的组训培训，但这一切似乎都遥遥无期，曾经一度我思考我想逃离这块土地。但这一切都在XX年7月7日彻底地改变了，我从原属于集美支公司其中的一个职场的海沧支公司调回了集美支公司。开始了一步一步地实践着一直在我脑海里遨游的想法和一直渴望一次系统的组训培训的机会，这一切顷刻在集美支公司实现了。XX年11月29日从重庆回来后，我时刻怀着一颗感恩的心在做事和做人，特别我要感谢的是集美支公司的二位老总徐游泳、柳顺峰，两位领导为我争取到这次难得培训机会。可以说这个培训机会在我的心里期盼很久了、很久了。因为我的学历只有大专和同龄人相比可以说没有一丝优势，本不敢有太大的奢望。可以说学历一直是我心理的一块痛。但这一切随着培训机会的到来变得不是那么重要啊！当接到副总经理柳顺峰的通知时我居然激动的说不出话来，我将这个消息告诉身边的同事时他们居然很不解的看着我。有什么好高兴的？蹦出一句话来“;如果可以不去我才不想去呢？才不去受那份苦呢？”我非常的不解，真应证了那句话“;有人毕生所追求的、却是他人于生俱来的。”道出了命运的不公。

通过这次组训岗前班培训的洗礼犹如在我身上装上了一副经过全新打造的盔甲和一把无往不胜的力刃。在此期间学到了一流组训所应具备的风范、学习能力、演讲能力、组织能力、沟通能力、管理能力、企划能力、分析能力、问题诊断能力，这些能力为我开展工作打开了方便之门，犹如增添了羽翼让我可以实现飞翔的梦想，使我的人生增色不少。

在重庆海兰云天有感悟、也有感动。身边发生的每一件是看是那么不合理又是那么的自然，从不情愿、不乐意、不配合、不解困惑、抵触情绪、到无条件服从，配合班导师的每一个细微的动作我们大家经历了一番新的洗礼。我们确实地实践那句耳熟能详的话语“;合理的训练，不合理的磨练”今天我们可以无愧的说：“;我们一切都做到了，我们是总公司XX年第二期组训岗前班的成员。”

在29天的日子里也分不清楚是感悟多还是感动多，感悟总是夹杂的感动，感动夹杂感悟。

感悟知识的奇妙、感悟语言的魅力、感悟人性的美好、感悟岁月的离别的无情。

感动团队协作的快乐、感动沟通的畅快、感动游玩的乐趣。

无论是感悟还是感动都将为我未来的学习和工作插上飞翔的翅膀,他将为我未来的学习和工作提供了方向和提升的明确目标。

通过本次的学习有几点主要的体会如下：

（1）产品说明会的创新

在学习的过程中明显的感觉到我们的公司的产说会的流程过于单调和简单缺乏创新。

营销员每每感觉我们公司有“;挂羊头买狗肉”的嫌疑导致营销员在邀约客户的过程中心理有障碍，不敢放开去做。

客户来公司听产说会每每感觉叫他们听产说会无非是让他们买保险，长期下来兴趣黯然。

重庆在这产说会这方面明显比我们公司有创意体现在以下几点：

1、赋予一系列单证更多的附加的含义内容。

比如：赋予投保单为心愿卡。

2、增加一丝产说会的娱乐性质。比如：观赏性、趣味性。

3、产说会的流程更加充实提供客户互相认识的平台。

比如：介绍嘉宾基本资料姓名、职位、从事的行业、公司名称。

4、产说会的流程更加简凑切实为客户着想，提供他们所需要的养分。

例如：针对客户的不同层次在产说会流程中增加一个环节，比方针对企业的领导层这类高端客户可以增加讲授跟企业与人生紧密关联的专题，让客户真切感到中国人寿不仅仅是要卖保险，它不仅可以给客户带来保障并且可以给客户带去一系列附加的资讯和知识。

5、拓展与社会团体的接触面，善用社会资源为中国人寿搭建人脉资源。

（2）企划案的创新

1、设立企划岗，树立大市场营销观念。

2、提高企划力，时时关注市场动态和资讯以及企划行业的发展方向及时创新企划方法和内容。

3、由注重物质奖励慢慢过度到物质与精神并重方面的奖励。

4、注重企业文化以及团队精神的等无形资产的企划。

（3）注意常态会议的经营

1、每月例行产说会和创说会。

2、组训例会要变成解决问题和沟通信息的桥梁以及优势互补的会议。而不是敷衍了是，浪费时间和精力、无聊的会议。以及注重对年轻组训在核保和理赔方面的培训让他们真正成为一支铁的正规军。

（4）培训管理部门

1、设立培训管理岗，加快资讯的收集及资讯应用能力和课程的开发应用及推广。

2、 加大各支公司组训负责人的培养力度。提高组训负责人的管理能力、市场开拓能力、以及市场企划力为公司储备一线的经营管理人才。

通过本次培训收获良多，非常感谢分支两级公司的关心和厚爱，是你们的英明决策为我们年轻组训插上飞翔的翅膀和腾飞的梦想。

高效学习方法和技巧

学习需要方法，找到适合自己的方法，学习才能事半功倍。接下来，我结合我自己的学习情况，给大家总结的高效学习《五部曲》

一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习，考试前充分地复习，与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道。预习效果好，听课才能有针对性；听课有针对性，复习才能顺利进行；复习深刻，作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。　

　　二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课，是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时，思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致，听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理；听老师解决问题是用什么方法、技巧；听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中，要把自己在预习中的理解，和老师讲解的相比较，看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别点。　

　　三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现，有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆：一是学习后最初几分钟内，电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成；二是学习后在48小时内复习；三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化，采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习，那么复习的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明：在学习仅过了20分钟后，就忘记记忆内容的42%，1天后忘却量已经达到了66%，到了第31天，忘却量高达79%。他根据实验结果，画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们，—定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行复习，以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记，否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了，只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要，制定复习计划，严格按精英特计划执行，并力求形成习惯，是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。　我们为什么要复习呢？因为我们记忆效果没有那么好，不可能过目不忘，所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时，复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。　

　　四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧：

　　1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键，只有复习得好，作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业，作业才能做得既快又好。

　　2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的—步就是审题，连题都判断错了，作业内容就全错了。首先第—步要弄清楚题目的内容，所给的条件，什么要求，需要联系哪些知识等等；其次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤，要善于把—道题分成几部分，化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的联系，设计好整个解题步骤，—定要让自己做到不明白题意不做题，不清楚方法步骤不下笔。

　　3、细心的做题。 做题是表达思路的全过程，这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题，书写格式必须正确、规范，严格按照各类题的解题要求，仔细演算解题的每—步，得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致，步骤完整，思路正确，表达严密，准确无误，考试时才能按照这种良好的习惯进行

　　五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中，同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象
