possible reasons for this are as follows.on the one hand,internet addiction is excessive time devoted to internet use. a person might have difficulty cutting down on his or her online time even when they are threatened with poor grades or loss of a job. on the other hand ,when they have bad mood,they will devote to internet to eliminate their pain . that will not be good, even harmful for their hearts,health and their attitude towards the world,only because the internet is so complicated that it is not easy for the young people to control themselves.

as far as im concerned ,bring the advantages of the internet into full play,and reduce the disadvantage to the minimum at the same time .in that case ,we will definitely make a better use of internet. after all,as the sayings goes the fittest is the best .
